Had bad cramps during the course on Saturday. Luckily met Yvonne and Kian there; and Yvonne gave me some painkillers.

Diarrhoea late last night and today, most probably due to the chicken that smelt and tasted weird yesterday.
Karie gave me some pork porridge.

Pork porridge and soya bean milk.

Randomly nice people.
